Comfortable, clean, and well located with a beautiful canal view — I’d happily recommend it. Positive: Online search Negative: We did like the property. We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a good location — close enough to the center to walk there easily, but far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. We booked a canal-view room, which was beautiful. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a small refrigerator and water. We didn’t even request housekeeping, but they still came in and cleaned the room, which was a nice touch. The elevator is very small and a little intimidating, so we mostly used the stairs and had no issues. There isn’t always staff on-site, so communication is mainly through WhatsApp. When I needed extra towels, I sent a message and they were helpful. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. And Bruges itself is absolutely wonderful.
